Welcome to the revitalized South End

In 2016, more than $500 million in redevelopment is under way or newly completed in downtown’s South End—including warehouse conversions, new construction, public works projects and transit improvements. Set on repurposed land adjacent to the Memphis Farmer’s Market, South Line is part of the ambitious Central Station redevelopment project begun in 2015 by Henry Turley Company and our partners.

Just Steps from the South Main Arts District.
Walk to the galleries, restaurants, bars and boutiques of South Main with its popular Trolley Nights—and landmark attractions like the Blues Hall of Fame, Arcade Restaurant, and Ernestine and Hazel’s Bar. Coming soon to your neighborhood: A distillery on South Front, an indoor food hall on South Main, an art house cinema and a host of new amenities in the revitalized Central Station.

Walk or bike to the Memphis Riverfront—and across the Mississippi.
South Line is just a few blocks from Tom Lee Park and the Memphis River Walk. And the Main-to-Main Connector leading directly to the new Harahan Bridge bikeway across the Mississippi River (opening in 2016).

Your Gateway to Downtown.
The South End is your gateway to everything downtown—from five-star restaurants to the best fried chicken (and barbecue) in the world. Nearby attractions include the Beale Street Entertainment District, FedEx Forum, AutoZone Park, and the Orpheum Theater and Halloran Centre for Performing Arts.
